For the vast majority of events, there are no fees at all — ticket prices are 100% identical to the official organizer prices (0% extra fees).

2. When service fees may apply

In a number of very high-demand events, where tickets are difficult to obtain, an additional financial effort is required on our side to secure availability. In these cases, a fair and moderate service fee will apply — otherwise these tickets would often not be available at all.

3. Full transparency in every booking

Full transparency is guaranteed in every booking. Through the booking process, you are shown a complete and detailed price breakdown, so you can clearly see exactly what you are paying for. This includes the official ticket price (face value), any applicable service fee, VAT / Taxes, and the final Total Price — with no hidden charges at any point.

4. Contractual Partner, Official Tickets

Viennaconcerts.com is an official contractual partner of all orchestras, venues and organizers of the events offered in the website. All Tickets / Electronic Tickets are official. Even if the tickets are lost, we can track down the booking and issue new tickets. This also applies for Vienna State Opera tickets.
