It was beautiful music in a beautiful setting, really mesmerizing. For my first time in Vienna, I was thrilled with my choice of venue and the very reasonable price also.

A tutti noi è piaciuto molto.

The music was splendid, however the seating was uncomfortable. The wooden benches do not have adequate support or cushion for a long concert, it made the experience less enjoyable due to being very uncomfortable sitting on a hard wooden bench. I’d recommend arriving early enough to secure a chair instead.

The string quartet is exceptional artistry. I go to a lot of concerts and I liked the historical context that the ensemble leader provided and the program choice. The acoustics of the church enhanced Beethoven’s work, revealing its intricate nuances. I would only suggest to have better visibility for those further behind.
