I really enjoyed the performance – it was definitely worth seeing! The theatre itself is beautiful and created a lovely setting for the show.

I found the switching between English and German a little unusual at first, but thanks to the subtitles, everything was completely understandable. The stage set was a bit minimalist, but the actors were very good, and the performance as a whole was really enjoyable.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very happy we chose to see it in Vienna.

Das Ensamble hat Bernsteins Story wunderbar umgesetzt. Und das Bühnenbild war in seiner Einfachheit perfekt um alle Szenen zu gestalten. Wir waren begeistert.

Access to Volksoper was very easy for my mother 80+ yrs old. Die Fledermaus was an enjoyable watch with the leading ladies standing out.

We appreciated the director work in it. Overall it was a very pleasant experience

We saw Follies while visiting Vienna and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Although the show was completely new to us, the music was wonderful and the performers were absolutely top-notch. The English subtitles made it easy to follow along and appreciate the story, and the whole production had a fun atmosphere. A fantastic evening and one we would highly recommend to visitors.

The event was amazing. Volksoper is an outstanding theatre, and their production of Offenbach's Les Contes d'Hoffmann (Hoffmann Erzählungen) was probably one of the best things I have ever had the opportunity to watch.

Fantastic night at the Opera, we loved every minute of it! Beautiful players, great music, lovely audience, all ingredients for a wonderful evening. Very special to be part of that

We very much enjoyed our evening at the Volksoper, to see Die Czardasfürstin. However we were surprised at first by the modern production which was not what we had expected - maybe this accounted for the initially somewhat lukewarm response from the audience which had also surprised us. However, for many different reasons, both musically and visually the evening was memorable for its subtle invocation of society before and during the 1914-18 War. Recommended!
