TERMS AND CONDITONS
By completing and submiting the secure order form and by providing your
Credit Card information (number and expiration date) you authorize www.viennaconcerts.com
to charge your Credit Card. An original signature is not required.
Tickets are not automatically guaranteed upon order. Only the Booking
Confirmation sent to your e-mail address by www.viennaconcerts.com guarantees
you the ordered tickets.
www.viennaconcerts.com does not take the responsibility for the correctness
of data provided by you (the buyer) while completing the booking form
(E-Mail address, ticket delivery address, hotel, etc).
Concerts
After you have ordered your concert tickets at www.viennaconcerts.com,
www.viennaconcerts.com will send you by E-Mail your Booking Confirmation
- Voucher, including your booking number. The Confirmation will be your
ticket. There is no need to pick up tickets in the box office. You will
be able to attend the concert by showing the printed Booking Confirmation
- Voucher at the entrance.
It is not possible
to select specific seats within the selected price category.
Concert Prices
All
concert prices listed at www.viennaconcerts.com include taxes and no
Processing Fees will be charged. There is no difference between concert
prices listed at www.viennaconcerts.com and the face value of the ticket.
Concert cancellation policy
You can cancel your concert tickets generally up to 3 days (72 hours)
before the concert. However, in this particular case, we will have to
charge a cancellation fee of 30%. Viennaconcerts will refund 70% of
the total amount. Cancelling concert tickets later than 3 days before
the event is not possible.
The cancellation of tickets for all concerts
between 24 December and 1 January (Christmas and New Year Concerts)
is possible only up to 20 days before the performance. The cancellation
fee is 30%. Viennaconcerts can not cancel any tickets for these events
later than 20 days before the performance.
Opera
/ Musicals
After you have ordered your Opera / Musical tickets at www.viennaconcerts.com,
www.viennaconcerts.com will send you by E-Mail a confirmation of your
order/booking. Original tickets will be delievered to your home address
or your Hotel in Vienna (as provided by yourself in the order form).
Opera / Musical tickets may be ordered months in advance, but the original
tickets will be available only one month prior to the date of performance.
It is not possible to select specific seats within the selected price
category.
Opera / Musical Prices
Prices include all
taxes, ticket agency commision, credit card fees, etc. www.viennaconcerts.com
charges the total price as listed in the website - there are no additional
hidden fees. The net difference between prices listed at www.viennaconcerts.com
and the face value of the opera tickets is generally 25%. For some ticket
categories, due to high demand, the difference might be higher than
25% but not higher than 34 EUR / ticket. Very few performances and/or
ticket categories where this difference is higher than 34 EUR / ticket
are clearly marked as "incl. special purchase fee".
Opera / Musical cancellation policy
You can cancel your confirmed Opera / Musical tickets up to 10 days
before the date of performance. In this case, a cancellation fee of
50% from the total amount will be charged. 50% of the costs will be
refunded to you.
In the case of cancellation after the tickets
have been delivered to your home address, www.viennaconcerts.com can
only confirm the cancellation after the tickets have been mailed back
to www.viennaconcerts.com and only if the tickets have been received
by www.viennaconcerts.com at least 5 days before the event.
If www.viennaconcerts.com for whatever reason fails to deliver confirmed
tickets, it must inform the customer not later than 10 days before the
performance and must refund the full amount originally charged for the
tickets (100%). In this case, www.viennaconcerts.com does not take any
additional costs except costs for the tickets.

Jurisdiction
For foreign private and business customers the place of jurisdiction
is Vienna. For Austrian private customers the place of jurisdiction
is their local court.
